I’m so glad you enjoyed it!

I am currently working on my dissertation for my Masters degree and often find it hard to motivate myself to do all the individual steps required to reach my goal (even though I love my topic and am super interested in it) — somehow “having” to do something puts a mental barrier in my head which makes me push the tasks further and further away… I’ll try and apply the steps from turning my thoughts to a “toward” motivation instead of “away-from”. Really good way of visualising this.
